The SV-360 SU is engineered for fully automatic impact numbering and coding, providing a reliable solution for high-value documents. Whether processing pre-printed sheet-fed - such as event tickets, gift vouchers or high-security documents including bank drafts, cheques, certificates and travel visa labels, this system ensures a perfect mechanical numberings.
Designed with a modular architecture, the SV-360 SU adapts to your production requirements. The system can be retrofitted at any time with additional numbering units, hologram applicators or label dispensers. For maximum operational flexibility, an optional paper tractor system enables the processing of both continuous forms and sheet-fed documents on a single unified platform.
Radus SU Series Imprinting Technology
Equipped with Radus SU series impact heads, the system supports a wide array of specialized requirements, including different Fonts like e.g. Gothic, Funky, OCR-A, OCR-B, as well as barcodes and logos. The hardware is designed for efficiency, allowing print head changeovers within minutes for optimised flexibility.
SU1 Performance & Efficiency
The SU1 is a field-proven solution for standard numbering tasks. It is characterized by exceptionally low operating costs and reliable performance. Utilizing oil-based stamping inks for absorbent paper materials, it features controllable pressure settingsideal for highquality crash numbering on NCR form sets when used with steel rotary numbering boxes.
SU2 Precision Letterpress Coding
Building on the foundations of the SU1, the SU2 incorporates a sophisticated letterpress inking unit. This allows for the high-quality imprinting of critical fonts like OCR-A or OCR-B across all security document types. For advanced security applications, the SU2 is also available in a Computerized Random Numbering (CRN) configuration.
SU4 Advanced Carbon Ribbon Transfer
Developed for specialized coding, the SU4 utilizes carbon ribbons to transfer ink via impact pressure. This cold-transfer process supports OCR-B fonts and security-specific ribbons, including UV fluorescent (yellow/green) and indelible red "bleed-through" inks.
