HP3 Hot Stamping Hologram Applicator

At the core of the system is the HP3 hologram application head, combining the stamping press, replaceable stamping die, precision fine adjustment, and foil feed into one highly efficient unit. The complete application system can be repositioned quickly across the paper web direction, allowing fast and accurate setup without complex die conversion or time-consuming foil tracking.

The HP3 offers exceptional flexibility for a wide range of security and branding applications. It supports the application of registered holograms, random pattern holograms, hot foil logos, and scratch-off foils with stamping areas up to 1300 mm². In addition, each stamping tool can be individually controlled, enabling highly precise and customized application processes.
