RADUS® SV-360 MP4 | Sheet-Fed - Industrial Solution for Variable Data Printing & Coding

The SV-360 MP4 is a high-performance sheet-fed system designed for professional B2B environments requiring flexibility in VDP - variable data personalization and document coding. By integrating high-resolution MP4 Thermal Inkjet (TIJ) technology, the system ensures reliable and accurate processing of paper and cardboard substrates.

Equipped with a 600dpi MP4 inkjet head, the SV-360 delivers industrial-grade print quality for a wide range of applications, including variable texts, sequential numberings, barcodes, 2D codes, and high-resolution graphics.

The SV-360 is built on a modular platform, allowing the system to be scaled in accordance with increasing production demands. The configuration can be expanded to accommodate up to four inkjet heads, providing versatile print width options from 50.8 mm up to 203.2 mm.

The WindowsTM based print control software has an user-friendly layout WYSIWYG editor and takes over the raster image processing of all print data. Variable content such as text, numbering and common 1D / 2D barcodes as well as graphics and logos can simply be placed via drag & drop on the layout and connected directly to the desired database field.

The system can be equipped with an AI-powered vision camera system for verifying 1D / 2D codes. The cameras combine a high-resolution camera with artificial intelligence to verify optical codes extremely quickly and reliably. Each camera features a 2.3-megapixel image sensor, autofocus, and integrated triple multi-illumination. Like the inkjet printers, the cameras are mounted on a mounting bar and can be easily positioned across the product’s direction of run over the imprint area.
