RADUSCARD CC | Serial Numbering Machine for Trading Cards / Collectors Cards

Based on the long-established RadusCard for RFID and PIN cards, the characteristics of the RadusCard CC have been specially designed for the fully automatic and efficient serial numbering of trading cards and processes single cards made of paper and plastic in common European and American formats with various surfaces.

Cards to be numbered are separated fully automatically, checked for double cards and then fed to the SU4 hot stamping numbering head for sequential numbering in a guided card transport. Incorrectly inserted cards or cards that deviate from the design are reliably recognised by the camera system integrated in the infeed, omitted from the numbering process and ejected into a bad card box at the end of the card transport. 

For numbering small series, the system is equipped with a special numbering unit for quick adjustment. This enables the numbering unit to be easily adjusted or reset within a few seconds, without the operator coming into direct contact with the heated numbering unit itself. After numbering, the cards are dispensed in a card stacker in increasing sequence. (lowest number at the top) For uninterrupted operation, both the card feeder and the card stacker can be filled and emptied during production without stopping the machine.
