Radus® SV-360 HP3 | Modular Sheet-Fed System for Security Documents with Hologram Application
Reliable Hologram Technology
Radus has a long-standing history in the development of hologram application systems. Following the introduction of the first fully automatic sheet-fed system in 1999, Radus became the first manufacturer to officially launch a combined machine system for both sheet-fed and continuous forms in 2004. In 2010, this was followed by the Radus SV-360, a modular successor designed to meet the technical requirements of modern security printing.
Versatile Application Capabilities
Equipped with the high-precision HP3 hot stamping head, the SV-360 covers all standard requirements for hologram application on a wide range of documents. The system is suitable for:
The SV-360 is more than a standalone machine; it is a flexible modular platform that grows with your production requirements change. Its modular construction allows for seamless retrofitting and expansion:
Expanded Capacity: The system can be retrofitted with up to four or eight hologram stamping heads facilitating the production of small tickets or tax labels.
Multi-Process Integration: Beyond holograms, the system can be extended with specialized modules for inkjet printing or impact security numbering, creating a comprehensive finishing line.
The Radus SV-360 – A modular and scalable solution for professional hologram application on security documents.
