The RADUS SV-360 MX is a fully automated, turnkey solution engineered for the high-security printing sector. Designed specifically for the seamless application of embedded DOVIDs (Hologram / Kinegram) onto polycarbonate sheets, it delivers uncompromising security for passport data pages, driving licenses (DL-Card) and national ID-Cards.

Integrating a high-pile sheet feeder and delivery, the SV-360 MX packs industrial-grade automated power into an ultra-compact footprint of just 4 x 1 meters.

Smart Matrix Automation
Unlike traditional multi-head systems, the SV-360 MX utilizes a single, high-performance HP3 hot stamping head driven by an advanced coordinate-matrix system. It effortlessly moves across the feeding direction, adapting to any grid layout (from 1x2 for passport data pages ID-3 up to 8x6 for ID-1 format cards) with flawless reproducibility.

"On-the-Fly" Image Positioning
Eliminate costly, time-consuming manual sensor alignments. Equipped with cutting-edge diffraction mark detection directly on the active stamping die, the SV-360 MX automatically detects and corrects foil manufacturing tolerances (Resolution: 0.01 mm).

Unmatched Efficiency & Cleanliness
With an automated multistage foil tension control, built-in electrostatic discharge devices, and a sophisticated foil separation system, you achieve sharp hologram edges and scratch-free, pristine results on substrates from 50 to 150 microns.
