The RADUS\u00ae SV-360 PC is an industrial solution for the precise application of embedded DOVIDs, Hologram and KINEGRAM security elements onto polycarbonate overlay films. Designed for government printing facilities, security printers and hologram manufacturers, the system delivers reliable volume production of overlay films for passports, ID cards and driving licences.<\/p>\n

Due to its modular construction with up to 8 heads, the machine covers the complete range of polycarbonate layouts from e.g. 1x2 to 4x5 for passport data pages (ID-3), up to common layouts for embedded DOVIDs on ID cards and DL cards with 3x8 and 8x6 (ID-1). The system processes typical polycarbonate overlay films of common manufacturers from 50 to 150 \u00b5m<\/strong> and enables an output at an average of 1250 sheets \/ h for 3x8 (24 images) and 1000 sheets \/ h for 8x6 (48 images). <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Technical Reliability & Clean Results<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n

The sophisticated foil separation technology in combination the electrostatic discharge devices ensure a clean result and sharp hologram edges.<\/span> For passport holder pages (ID-3), counter-rotating layouts are processed in a single pass via adjustable hologram feed directions at individual embossing stations, significantly reducing handling time.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
